My aim is to post your items out as soon as I can however as I am a small business I don't hold all stock and therefore the majority of prints are printed to order and may take up to 14 days to process. 

Please make sure you provide me with the correct delivery address, a contact number and any other details. 

All UK orders are charged at a flat rate, if you are looking to order from outside the UK then please get in touch and email me at

If you are not happy with your purchase then please let me know within 5 days of receipt by emailing me. 

 The cost of return must be paid by yourself unless the item was received damaged or faulty when of course I will pay the cost.

Any loss of or damage to the goods during the return will be your responsibility so I suggest you obtain a proof of posting if using the Post Office.


Your paying account will be refunded within 5 days of receipt. Please send the items back well packaged with your contact details. 

If your item is received damaged you must sign for it as received damaged on the courier’s screen. Without this we cannot claim for any compensation. You must also notify me on receipt in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or broken. We will endeavour to get you a replacement or a choice of substitutes or refund.
